In this role, you'll utilize your analytical skills to strengthen the future of our HR policy. You'll work together with a colleague to provide insights focused on the payroll of 9,000 employees in Europe (across 8 countries). You'll be part of our HR services department. Information requests come from our HR director, HR advisors, and team leads. Therefore, you'll have a close collaboration with these colleagues and various other specialists, such as our HRIS (HR information systems) team. Currently, we receive many reports through Excel. While we're investing in new software, in the meantime, you'll still be utilizing your Excel skills. In the future, you'll work together with your colleague to build dashboards, allowing for more space for further optimization.

Under the guidance of your senior colleague, you'll continue to gain knowledge and experience, allowing you to grow into a true specialist in the field.

Zeeman is currently undergoing a significant development in the field of HRM and IT. The next step in our digitalization journey is the implementation of Atoss as a Workforce Management System. As a Trainer & Specialist, you play a crucial role in this project. Your goal is to ensure well-informed users so they can confidently engage with these new work processes. To achieve this, you (together with colleagues) will develop an internal training program. Subsequently, you will travel to train users on-site. This is a temporary role for a maximum of 2 years.
