2. We only store the data we need.

You can also apply for a job via the TalentPitch. In that case, you'll find the relevant privacy statement there. If you apply via the TalentPitch, we will receive the results of the TalentPitch you have created. This report will include: name, address, postcode, town, province, date of birth, gender, telephone number, email address, personality-test and game results, and, if applicable, your CV/résumé and cover letter. We ask for this information so that we can properly assess and process your application, and so that we can contact you during the application process.
Our website gives you the option of signing up for Job Alerts. To receive Job Alerts, you are asked to provide your email address and the departments or positions you're interested in. You will then be informed if a vacancy arises in your area of interest.
3. We handle your data with care.
Your personal data will only be used for the purpose for which it was collected. It will never be used for any other purpose. This means that we solely use your data in order to:
- measure and improve our service;
- assess and process your application;
- keep you informed of new job openings within your area of interest.
If your application is of interest to us, your data will be shared amongst those within the organization who are responsible for further processing your application. Your data will not be shared with anyone outside the organization.
We use specialized software to store all data collected on the website and all applicant data. This is an application that runs in the cloud. We also monitor the cloud service provider to ensure secure storage and hosting, so that no unauthorized person is able to access our and your data. In order to be able to provide these services to us, to perform maintenance and to solve any problems, this service provider has access to our and your data. We have concluded an agreement with the provider to the effect that they only have access to this data for the performance of these tasks. This agreement also states that the data may under no circumstance be used for other purposes or shared with others, unless this is required by law.
4. We do not store your data any longer than necessary.
Your visit details, application and personal data will be stored for a maximum of 12 months. After that, your personal data will be anonymized (in the case of an application), so that they can no longer be traced back to you at all while still enabling statistical data to be analyzed.
As an extra safeguard, a team is active within Zeeman to monitor privacy. This team receives notifications in the event that something inadvertently does go wrong. Should you have a complaint, or you have the impression that personal data you've provided to Zeeman has been passed on to persons who are not entitled to it, you can get in touch with this team. 5. You can request inspection, modification or deletion of your data at any time.
You always have the right to view, change or delete your data.
If you have applied for a job and want to view, change or request deletion of data you have provided to Zeeman within the 12-month retention period, please send an email to email@example.com. The Recruiter has access to this mailbox and will handle your request.
If you no longer wish to receive Job Alerts, you can unsubscribe by clicking the appropriate link in any Job Alert email. When you unsubscribe, your details (name, email address, and areas of interest) will be removed from our systems.
