We have concluded an agreement with the provider to the effect that they only have access to this data for the performance of these tasks. This agreement also states that the data may under no circumstance be used for other purposes or shared with others, unless this is required by law.

4. We do not store your data any longer than necessary.

Your visit details, application and personal data will be stored for a maximum of 12 months. After that, your personal data will be anonymized (in the case of an application), so that they can no longer be traced back to you at all while still enabling statistical data to be analyzed.
