Corporate Recruiter

The position

As Corporate Recruiter, you will be responsible for recruitment & selection within Zeeman. Your focus will be recruitment for our Service Office, our Distribution Center and our international Customer-Facing Organization. When it comes to new Service Office personnel, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, working closely with various HR advisors and supporting the manager throughout. When assessments take place for a particular role, you will perform the feedback interview with the candidate and prepare a profile for the manager. You will be given the option of receiving training for performing feedback interviews and drafting profiles if required. Recruitment for the Distribution Center and the Customer-Facing Organization is partly handled internally by the departments themselves. You will chiefly be responsible for Zeeman's employer branding and for helping to think about and initiate new effective recruitment methods to draw new talent to the organization. The goal is for Zeeman to become more visible in the (international) labor market.

Your profile

- You have completed at least a Bachelor's (or HBO) degree in, e.g., Human Resources or Business Administration
- You have at least 3 years of work experience in a similar role
- You have an affinity for retail
- You're energetic, have a commercial mindset and have strong relationship-building skills
- You are independent and creative, with solid organizational skills
- You have strong command of the Dutch and English languages in both speech and writing; understanding of the French and/or German language is a plus but not essential

We offer

Zeeman offers you a varied and challenging role in an environment that is in constant development. If you work full-time (40 hours), you’ll get 24 vacation days and 12 ADV days per year (extra days of leave in connection with the Netherlands’ reduction in working hours scheme). Benefits include opportunities for study ranging from training courses to full educational programs, a 20% staff discount, and the option to participate in a collective health insurance scheme.
