Assistant Shop Manager

Together with your Store Manager and your team, you will ensure that the store is in tip-top shape. Your goal is to attain the greatest possible amount of revenue, together with your enthusiastic team and your Store Manager. Your customers are very important to this goal! You will process arriving goods and stock at the store and present products as attractively as possible. Naturally, you'll also assist customers at the checkout and answer customers’ questions on the sales floor. When the Store Manager is absent, you will be the first point of contact. As Assistant Store Manager, together with the Store Manager, you will form the executive team for the store. You will motivate, coach and guide the other team members. You will also perform the necessary (light) administrative duties.
