As a Store Manager, you'll independently organize the daily activities of your own store. The organization will provide instructions to support you in your role. Your goal is to attain the greatest possible amount of revenue, together with your enthusiastic team and your Regional Manager. Your customers are very important to this goal! You will be responsible for ensuring that the store’s presentation is up to date every week. Naturally, you will motivate, coach and guide your team members, solve problems, and be a host to your customers. In addition, you will work on the sales floor alongside your colleagues and process arriving goods. You will also perform the necessary (light) administrative duties.
