Your role as Reporting Specialist & Payroll Analyst

In thisrole, you'llutilizeyouranalytical skills tostrengthenthefuture of ourHR policy. You'llworktogetherwith a colleaguetoprovideinsightsfocused on the payroll of 9,000 employees in Europe (across 8 countries). You'llbe part of ourHR servicesdepartment. Information requestscomefromourHR director, HR advisors, and team leads. Therefore, you'll have a close collaborationwith these colleaguesandvariousotherspecialists, such as our HRIS (HR information systems) team. 

 Currently, we receivemanyreportsthrough Excel. Whilewe'reinvesting in new software, in themeantime, you'llstillbeutilizingyour Excel skills. In thefuture, you'llworktogetherwithyourcolleaguetobuild dashboards, allowingfor more spaceforfurtheroptimization. 

Your responsibilities:

  • Identifying information needs;
  • Compiling monthly control reports;
  • Preparing salary cost budgets and bonuses;
  • Providing benchmark data;
  • Drafting and analyzing reports for works councils and management;
  • Optimizing administrative processes;
  • Keeping track of national and international labor and tax legislation;
  • Informing team leaders and the organization about changes in collective labor agreements (CAOs) and legislation.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor level of education.
  • Extensive experience in creating management reports.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of labor law and payroll.
  • Knowledge of HR information systems.
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment undergoing significant digitalization in the coming years.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
