Your role as Quality Control Representative

You are responsible for checking incoming goods. Because of your input, the process in the rest of the chain is flexible and we become more and more efficient.

Because of this innovation, it is important that we check packaging and quality. For example, you check on the correct sizes of the packaging and the quality of the cardboard.

You process the data in the WMS and note the exceptions in our portal. In addition, you have regular meetings with the purchasing department.

Within our warehouse we work from 7.00 to 22.15 in two shifts. You work the early shift one week and the late shift the next. The late shift is a little shorter, so you work a little less hours one week, but are employed full-time.

Your responsibilities:

  • Checking incoming goods for quality packaging, quantities and for item quality;
  • Checking the master data and adjusting it per article if necessary (WMS and ERP)
  • Recording the checks and communicating deviations
  • Solving problems with incorrectly processed goods;
  • Suggesting improvements;
  • Consulting on alternative processing for deviating goods in the outbound flow.

Job requirements

  • Accurate and handy with systems;
  • You can work accurately and have an eye for quality and detail;
  • Willing to gain knowledge of safety regulations;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Good command of the English language in word and writing.

What do you get in return?

  • A work environment that is in full development.

  • A salary between €2,098.15 and €2,460.39 gross per month (depending on experience).
  • 8% Holiday pay (paid annually in May).
  • Reimbursement of travel expenses (from 10 km to a maximum of 50 km one way).
  • Pension accrual with retail pension fund.
  • 20% employee discount.
  • Possibility to participate in a collective health insurance and collective non-life insurance.
