Trainer & Specialist Workforce Management (French-speaking)


Your role as Trainer & Specialist Workforce Management

Zeeman is currently undergoing a significant development in the field of HRM and IT. The next step in our digitalization journey is the implementation of Atoss as a Workforce Management System. As a Trainer & Specialist, you play a crucial role in this project. Your goal is to ensure well-informed users so they can confidently engage with these new work processes.

To achieve this, you (together with colleagues) will develop an internal training program. Subsequently, you will travel to train users on-site. This is a temporary role for a maximum of 2 years.

The system is already live in Belgium. In September, the system will go live in France. All users must be trained prior to the go-live. This means you must be available to provide training in France in the month of June. In the following months, you will also occasionally travel to train users. After the implementation, you will also provide support to the users.

Luxembourg will follow after France. Later, we will also implement the application in Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Spain, and Portugal. We expect to use an interpreter for this. Do you speak additional languages? Then this is a bonus!

Your responsibilities:

  • Developing, implementing, and continuously improving comprehensive training programs.
  • Delivering engaging and informative training sessions.
  • Staying updated on the latest HR and payroll laws and regulations.
  • Developing and maintaining thorough knowledge of Workforce Management processes and calculations.
  • Providing guidance to project members (as a subject matter expert).
  • Creating and maintaining training documentation and reference materials.

Job requirements

  • Minimum HBO (Bachelor's) level of education.
  • Experience with and knowledge of Workforce Management systems is required.
  • Experience with Atoss is preferred.
  • Experience in training users.
  • Proficiency in the French language (at least C1 level).
  • Proficiency in Dutch or English.
  • Proficiency in an additional language (German or Spanish) is a bonus!
